Saint Teresa of the Child Jesus
Godteens: registration forms are available in the vestibule. Please send a registration form and $40 along with your student to the first home meeting, which will be Sept 6th (“late” registrations are always accepted). Freshmen will receive a letter in the mail.
In past years, we have begun with an Ice Cream Social. We do NOT plan to do that this year. This year’s first meeting for ALL students will be a HOME MEETING.
Contact Aubrey Potter or your leaders with questions. Additionally, Aubrey will be at Back to School Sunday (K. Hall, this Sunday afternoon) to answer questions and accept early registrations.
Students, please meet at 7:00 at Champions Fun Center.
At this time, you will be given shoes and we will figure out lanes.
We will bowl from 7:30 until 8:30.
Parents: please pick up students at 8:45.
There is no cost for this activity: bowling and shoes are covered. Please bring money if you plan on buying concessions.
Call Aubrey Potter with questions. See you soon!
Thank you for your patience, while you wait for plans for Wednesday’s Closing Activity to be announced. I am working on it!
Students: please come to the parish grounds (check Kaczmarek Hall) at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday April 22nd to set up for the Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt itself begins at 11:30. After the EE Hunt, you will need to help clean up, and then you are excused. You will be finished no later than 12:30.
Please look for Matt (and/or Erin) Litt. He/they will be heading up the hunt-prep this year!
P.S. There will be a lunch served by the Men’s Club after the hunt, and you are welcome to eat after clean up is finished!
Students: please remember to come to the Vestibule after communion to help with the collection for the Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach Soup-er Bowl Campaign/Collection. It doesn’t matter what Mass you attend; just please come to the Vestibule and look for these leaders:
Saturday, 4 p.m.: Brian & Emily Pfeiffer
Sunday, 8 a.m.: Aubrey Potter
Sunday, 10 a.m.: Matt & Erin Litt
Sunday, Noon: JD and Kate Flynn
They will be able to instruct you. It is VERY important that you come to help with the collection. Many hands are needed to collect donations from each door (exit) for the Church. The blessing of St. Blaise WILL be going on at Mass, so it’ll be a little bit of a wait but the fruits are wonderful. I can’t stress this enough–we really need your help!!
*If a donor wants to write a check, they should make it out to the Matt Talbot Kitchen
FRESHMEN: you are not meeting til February 22nd, due to the fact that the Beauclairs have a NEW BABY! Catherine René has arrived, in all of her 7 lb, 4 oz glory! Yay for new life!
Parents and students, there are HOME MEETINGS tonight. There was talk of an Advent Service, but because of a death, Father Sparling is unable to go through with the service. Please plan on home meetings. If in doubt, please call your group’s leader(s).
Students, we’ve been asked to paint faces at the parish’s bazaar! I’ve divided the day into 1-hour shifts. We’ll need at least 2 students per hour, but more are always welcome. No talent is required; it is easy to please children with small things. Please go HERE to sign up!
Parents of Freshmen: you have a meeting tonight at the Beauclair home from 7:30 til 8:30. The students will not meet.
Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors: you have Home Meetings as usual.
