St. Teresa's Godteens

Updated September Events

September 16th, 2015

Copied & Pasted from an e-mail that you should receive via your individual leaders:

Hello, Leaders, Students, and Parents
In light of the loss of Pius X junior Justice Coleman, that her rosary is Wednesday evening, and that many students are experiencing grief, we will not get together this Wednesday for the annual Ice Cream Party.

Here’s how registration will work: I attached a Word Document to this e-mail that is the registration form.  I would like for students/parents to print it out and bring it to the first meeting with their leaders, which is September 23rd.  Please remember to bring $30 per student (but no more than $60 per family) along with this registration.  This money is important, as we use it for materials, food, events, etc., and do not take any money from the parish’s budget.  Registration will continue into early October.  *I will provide forms to each set of leaders, in case someone is unable to print one.

I have created a sign-up for face-painting at the parish picnic.  We NEED students to volunteer in half-hour time slots for two hours.  This is very important!  The sign-up is HERE.

Please remember that you can check this Godteens website for calendar and announcements: [you’re already here]

And that we have a private Facebook Page for parents and students HERE.

Freshmen Godteens will meet with Fr. Sparling and Fr. Kishore in the Marian Room on September 23rd at 7:00 p.m.  I will come to the beginning of the meeting to collect registrations and answer questions.  There will be snacks.  On September 30th, you will meet with JD and Kate!  Note: They would like to meet from 7:00 p.m. til 8:30 on Wednesdays.  They plan to have ice cream snacks for you that night.  Their information was included in the letter you received.  If you have lost it and need the information, please contact me.

If anyone has questions, ideas, or concerns, please contact me [removed b/c the website is public – see front of bulletin for contact info]

God bless you!
